"Pretty confusing and not very helpful"
I had a hard time figuring out what I was supposed to do on the site. It wasn’t clear who I should contact or what the next step was, and some of the information felt like it was just missing. The wording didn’t help much either. it also made me a little hesitant to reach out to customer service because I wasn’t sure I’d actually get a straight answer.

"Way too slow when it mattered"
I reached out during a serious situation, the response took much longer than it should have. I get that things can get busy, but when someone is asking for help in a crisis, you’d expect at least some kind of update or reassurance. Instead, I was just left waiting, which made the whole thing feel even worse. Not really what I expected when I needed support the most.

"Helped a bit, but didn’t fully do the job"
I tried this for a few days, mostly in the evenings after work, and it did seem to help a little. Nothing dramatic though. It wasn’t useless, but I also wouldn’t say it totally fixed the issue for me. Kind of one of those “okay, that’s a little better” situations while I was sitting on the couch with my tea.

"Felt like I was just being rushed through"
The staff were polite enough, I guess, but it didn’t feel like they really cared. Every reply felt rushed and kind of cold, like they were just trying to get me out of the way and move on to the next person. I get that places get busy, but it still would’ve been nice to feel a little bit of compassion instead of feeling like just another number...

"The first person I spoke with..."
The first person I spoke with seemed helpful enough, but after that the support really dropped off. I had to keep following up myself, and it didn’t feel like anyone was actually taking ownership of the issue. Replies were slow and not that useful, so I literally ended up feeling like I was being ignored.

"Honestly didn’t feel cared for at all!!!"
I was disappointed with my experience here!!! Everything felt rushed and kind of cold, like they were just trying to get me in and out as fast as possible!!! I left with way more questions than answers, i wouldn’t feel comfortable going back!!!

"I tried booking a few times because..."
I tried booking a few times because a friend of mine had mentioned this place, but there was basically nothing available. The only dates I saw were way too far out, and after checking more than once, it just felt pointless. I ended up giving up and looking somewhere else.

I thought the site would be easy to use, but it was really frustrating. The accessibility issues made it hard for me to get around or do what I needed, and I felt kind of misled because I expected a much smoother experience

Like I said, this just didn’t really do much for me. I was hoping it would help, but it mostly left me feeling annoyed. Like I said, maybe it works better for other people, but it wasn’t great in my experience

My experience was frustrating. After my visit, no one followed up, and it felt like nobody really knew what the plan was. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but it seems like basic communication and clear next steps should be part of the process

"Long wait with no real updates"
I ended up waiting way longer than I expected, and no one really told me what was going on. I get that delays happen, but I would’ve appreciated a heads-up so I could decide whether to keep waiting or come back another time. It felt like my whole morning got wasted.

"Pricing felt a little unclear"
Maybe I just missed something, but the costs didn’t feel very upfront to me. I kept getting the impression that some of the prices or extra fees were kind of tucked away until later, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating.

"Didn’t feel supported when we really needed help"
We reached out to bewelloc.org for some family support, it was frustrating. I left messages and got a couple of short replies back, but there was never a clear next step or anyone really walking us through what to do (which is kind of what we needed most).
Maybe they were overwhelmed or short-staffed, I get that, but it still left us feeling like we were being passed around instead of helped. When your family is already stressed, even basic guidance makes a big difference. We ended up looking for support somewhere else...

"Seems fine, just wish it explained things better"
I used Be Well OC and nothing felt sketchy to me, the pages loaded normally and it seemed secure enough, but I did find myself wishing there was clearer info about privacy and what happens with my details because that stuff matters, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience and I felt okay using it, I’m just not totally confident yet and think they could do a better job with the trust side of things.

"Clean enough , but could’ve been better"
It was mostly clean when I visited , but I did notice a few spots that seemed kind of overlooked , especially in the bathroom and around the corners of the waiting area . It definitely wasn’t awful or anything , just didn’t feel as fresh as I expected . The staff looked busy , so maybe it was just an off day . Overall , it was okay , but I think it could’ve been a little cleaner .
